Overview

2026 Global Conference on Computers and Education (ICCE) will be held in Bangkok, Thailand (and Online) during May 30, 2026 as the Conference of ICCE-2026. ICCE 2026 aims to be one of the leading international conferences for presenting novel and fundamental advances in the fields of Computers and Education. It also serves to foster communication among researchers and practitioners working in a wide variety of scientific areas with a common interest in improving Computers and Education.

(ICCE) held every year since 2018, the conference will be an international forum for the presentation of technological advances and research results in the academic fields. The conference will bring together leading researchers, engineers and scientists in the domain of Computers and Education interest from around the world.

Review & Decision:

After review by the editorial board, you will receive an Abstract Acceptance notification email containing guidelines for preparing the full paper (optional) and your conference ID.

Registration:

With your abstract approved, you are now able to register for the conference and begin preparing the full paper for submission.

*Note: Journals require full papers, while conferences only need abstracts.

Publications:

Abstract & Full Papers:

  • All accepted abstracts will be published in the Abstract conference e-proceedings.
  • After peer review, the full paper proceedings will be submitted to the Web of Science Book Citation Index (BkCI) and to SCOPUS for evaluation and indexing (*Terms and Conditions apply).
  • Registered papers will be recommended to Scopus, Web of Science indexed international journals with content extension.

NOTE:

All submitted articles should report original research results, experimental or theoretical, not previously published or under consideration for publication elsewhere. Articles submitted to the conference should meet these criteria. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtue of any academics. Hence, any act of plagiarism or other misconduct is totally unacceptable and cannot be tolerated.

  1. Medium of conference:

    English is the conference's official language; the paper should be written and presented in English.

  2. Presentation & Publication (Full paper):

    Full paper is requested if you are also considering publishing your paper.

  3. Oral Presentation Only (Abstract):

    If you only want to make an oral presentation without journal publication, submit an Abstract or Extended Abstract.

  4. Ethical Standards:

    Articles submitted to the conference should report original, previously unpublished research findings, experimental or theoretical, and should not be considered for publication elsewhere. We strongly believe that ethical behaviour is the essential virtue of any academic. Consequently, any act of plagiarism is entirely inappropriate academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated.

  5. Presentation Category:

    • Oral Presentation: Opportunity to do a live presentation at the Conference.
    • Virtual Presentation: Opportunity to do a live-streamed presentation at the Conference.
    • E-poster Presentation: E-poster presentations are like digital versions of traditional posters, displayed on a computer screen.
    • Pre-Recorded Video Presentation: Authors unable to attend the live session can present their work via a pre-recorded .mp4 format.
  6. Submission Guidelines:

    • Abstract Submission: The maximum word limit for the Abstract is 250-500 words. Abstracts must be received by the announced deadline.
    • Full Paper Submission: Submit the full paper only if your abstract is accepted. All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical.

After receiving the acceptance notice for your abstract, you can proceed to make your payment via Bank transfer/Online. Please be aware that payment is mandatory for each submission (title/abstract) and should be finalized prior to the Full Paper submission deadline.

Important Note:

  • To complete registration, make the payment and send us the payment receipt or transaction proof you received after the transaction along with the filled-up registration form scanned copy before the last date of conference registration.
  • Delegates should bear the service charges (if any) of the bank on the sender's side with registration fees.
  • Submit your full paper for journal publication only after payment is confirmed by the committee.
  • Registration fees you paid are non-refundable in case of not attending the conference or withdrawing the paper.

  • If full payment is not made, your acceptance will be canceled, and publication will be placed on hold.
  • While the publication of full papers is encouraged, acceptance is not guaranteed and is subject to the quality of the paper and the editorial review process of the journals.
  • The conference fee is non-refundable but transferable. The amount paid can be used as stored credit for any of our upcoming conferences.
